John ELLIOTT of Swanwick

Was with the insurgents [T. Bettison]

Jonathan ELLIOTT of Swanwick

Applied to George Elliott  to go a revolutioning on Monday 9th June. [George Elliott]

George Bacon had conversation with him about the revolution on Monday evening June 9th & slept with him that night. [George Bacon]

Was among the insurgents & had a pike. [T. Bettison]

Thomas ELLIOTT of Swanwick

Was with the mob at Swanwick & had a pike. [G.Elliott] [Stephen. Tissington]

He told Edward Robinson he had been making balls for that occasion for some time past. [Edward Robinson]

William ELLIOTT of Swanwick

Came into Henry Hanburys house at Swanwick with a pike in his hand which he pointed in a threatening manner towards the persons in the house & swore that he would skewer them if they did not come out that minute. [Geo. Elliott]

Said to James Cartledge of Swanwick - �We have shot one man & we will shoot more if they do not go� & forced him to get up & join them. [James Cartledge]
