??? LILLY of Codnor

Was at the meeting at the White Horse Pentrich on Sunday the 8th June. [A. Booth] [J. Fletchers confession]

Promised Samuel Bestwick & John Fletcher he would have the Codnor man ready on Tuesday morning to join the other parties. [A. Booth] [J. Fletchers confession]

Mr. LISTER of Pentrich Common

On Monday night Joseph Wilkinson, George Weightman & several others of the party, went to his house & demanded his gun & on his refusing to give it them they broke his window and went away. [Wilkinson] [Isaac Cartledge] [Joseph Weightman]

Isaac LUDLAM (the Elder) of South Wingfield: Quarryman

At the 5th meeting at Asherfield Barn, he & his son Isaac past about a dozen of pistol bullets. [A. Booth] [Isaac Ludlam Jnr]

Was at the murder of Mr Hepworths servant man. [Thomas Turner�s confession]

Was with the party at Pentrich Lane End after the murder, armed with a pike. [James Hill] [H. Hole] [Thomas Stapleton]

Was at Mr. Elijah Halls of South Wingfield Park. [E. Hall]

Passed by Ripley for Codnor & Nottingham about 4 o�clock on Tuesday morning with a pike. [W. Young] [Joseph Thorpe] [Thomas Jennings]

Was at Mr. Jessop�s Butterley Iron Works with about 100 rebels, commanded by the Nottingham Captain, armed with a large pike 11 or 12 feet long. [G. Goodwin] [W. Walters]

Was a Commander & drove up the rear. [Isaac Moore]

Isaac LUDLAM Jnr. South Wingfield: Labourer (son of Isaac)

Was present at the murder at Mr Hepworth�s on the night of Monday June 9th. [T. Turners confession] [W.Turner] [E.Hall]

On Monday afternoon June 9th he & James Taylor, Benjamin & Joseph Massey went past J. Wilkinson�s house at Wingfield Park, each with 4 or 5 shafts for pikes on his shoulder. [J. Wilkinson]

Was seen with Taylor and others on Monday evening making pikes at Taylor�s house in Wingfield Park. [J. Wilkinson]

Was with the party at Pentrich Lane End after the murder at Hepworth�s & carried a pike. [James Hill]

Mr. Fletcher�s of the Mill & carried a pike. [J. Wilkinson]

Was at Mr Elijah Hall�s of South Wingfield Park. [E. Hall]

Passed by Ripley for Codnor & Nottingham &c. [W. Young]

Came to Thomas Turners about 9 o�clock on Monday evening & asked him to join them. [T. Turner]

Was with the party at Mr. Fletchers of Pentrich Mill & had a gun. [J. Wilkinson] [Hy. Hole]

William LUDLAM of South Wingfield: Labourer (son of Isaac)

Was present at the murder at Mr. Hepworth�s on the night of Sunday June 9th. [T.Turner] [W. Turner] [E. Hall]

Was with the mob at Pentrich Lane End armed with a gun. [James Hall]

Was with them at Mr. Fletchers of Pentrich Mill & had a pike. [J. Wilkinson] [H. Hole]

Was at Mr. Elijah Hall�s of South Wingfield Park. [E. Hall]

Brought a quantity of pike heads ready sharpened to James Taylor�s & said he had had them from Edward Taylor. [Isaac Ludlam]

Joseph Wilkinson saw him & Isaac Ludlam with James, Joseph & Benjamin Taylor making pikes about 7 o�clock on the Monday evening. [J. Wilkinson]
